Here’s your Reelgood Streaming Top 10 (movies & TV) snapshot for September 3-September 9, 2026:

Mayday debuts at #1 on Apple TV this week. Silo jumps from #9 to #2 on the same platform as its third season closes with its finale, resulting in Apple TV holding both of the top two spots this week.

The bigger swing belongs to Furious, which reclaimed #1 last week on the strength of its season finale and a renewal announcement. This week it falls to #9.

Seven services placed titles for a second straight week. Obsession is in the midst of an extended run on Peacock, and Practical Magic enters the chart on HBO Max ahead of its franchise sequel.

This past week’s highlights:

• Apple TV takes the top two spots: Mayday, the Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh Cold War action comedy from directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, debuts at #1. Silo jumps from #9 to #2 as its third season finale aired September 4, and Apple TV confirmed a July 9, 2027 premiere for the show’s fourth and final season the same day. Apple TV places three titles this week (with Ted Lasso still charting), matching last week’s total.
• Furious (Hulu): The freshman thriller falls from #1 to #9, the week after its own season finale aired and Hulu renewed it for a second season. The drop coincides with the show’s first week without a new episode since it debuted.
• Obsession’s run keeps extending: Obsession holds at #8 on Peacock for a second straight week, its eighth consecutive week in the Top 10 since debuting at #1 the week of July 17. No other title on this week’s chart has charted longer; the next closest, Furious, is in its sixth straight week.
• Practical Magic (HBO Max): The 1998 film enters this week’s chart at #5, the week before its sequel, Practical Magic 2, opens in wide theatrical release on September 10.
• Last week’s premieres settle in: The Whisper Man slides from #2 to #4 on Netflix in its second week. Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu holds at #10 on Disney+, the same position it debuted in last week with only one day of chart eligibility, now with a full week behind it.
